Hello,
I have an old ceramic wind bell and I am trying to find information about the artist and where it may have been made.It Is signed "GATTI." It originally had a leather strip that held the clapper to the bell and wind catcher. The wind catcher appears to be hammered copper. Any info would be appreciated.

I apologize for taking so long to answer. I am battling the flu.

There was a rather famous artist named Ricardo Gatti, however I am doubtful this piece is his. I am not an antiques expert, but perhaps you could try some of these folks for help:
