Question

ceramic ballerina or d
Have a ceramic ballerina figurine and wondering if it has any monetary value.  Maker's mark is an ornate stamp of HYS, with the Y in the middle being larger than the H & S.  ALso stamped #8356, and hand-painted with # 21.  Is this a mass production piece?
