Could you tell me who this was made by ,what it is and is it vintage or not if possible thank you.it is about 6 1/4 inches tall and 17 inches around....Thank you so much

Are there any marks on the bottom? I'm familiar with quite a few of the potter's makers' marks, but I'm not an antiques expert. Here are a few reliable sources that may be of help to you;
