Question
I have a Duncan Ceramic kiln and it hasn't been fired in over 2 years. How do I check and make sure it's firing at the correct cone tempature?

Answer
Debbie,
You check firing temperatures with cones. Paragon has bought the Duncan name and now supplies parts & accessories for Duncan. Paragon has an excellent website and customer service department. Here's their site; they also have a great q&a section. Hope this helps. Leisha
