AnswerHmmm... again. Isn't this curious? Perhaps there is a base or bottom type bowl missing that it sat in, then it could possibly be part to a fountain or bird feeder?
I would suggest contacting one of the antiques or collectibles experts. Often they are so knowledgeable they can tell a lot just by observing the clay color and glaze used.
