QUESTION: Dear Ms. Hiester, It is 12 1/4'' tall. The image I sent depicts  comedy ;the other side is drama. Both sides have a protrudind nose (3D).The bottom is open with two notches;one is visible in image. Thr question is ...what is it? Thank you for your valuable time, Teresa

Hmmm... again. Isn't this curious? Perhaps there is a base or bottom type bowl missing that it sat in, then it could possibly be part to a fountain or bird feeder?

I would suggest contacting one of the antiques or collectibles experts. Often they are so knowledgeable they can tell a lot just by observing the clay color and glaze used.
