I have a vase, on the bottom is the writing

232.D.(or B)
Gouda Segal
Schoonhoven
Holland

I have found items similar, but not anything with the segal on it... I was wondering if you have any information about it. Thank you in advance

It would be helpful to have a photo of the vase. Check out these images from Google on similar Dutch items;

Gouda Segal is probably the artist. However, I am not an antiques or collectibles expert. You may wish to consult one.
