Question
Hi there!  I bought a stoneware Olive oil dispenser and the bottom is very rough. I am concerned about it scratching my counter/table etc.  Wondering if I can paint it or if there is any product I can put on the bottom to fix this problem?  A friend suggested nail polish?!!!!    Please advise!  Thank you.

Answer
There is afew ways to get rid of the rough spots.
There is a bisque stone that will rub it off. At a local ceramic shop- I would take the piece to them and give them a buck to get it off.
Also if you have Drummel tool to grind it off.
Or buy the little felt pads and stick them on.
Good luck!
