I am a certified ceramics instructor. I have over 25 years experience as a teacher and artist.I have won many awards and ribbons, in competitions. I make many of the dishes I use in my kitchen, as I also work in procelaine(china) and stoneware. I have previously owned my own shop, but had to retire because of health reasons.

Sometimes glaze recipes use the 100% ratio for the base of the glaze and the ingredients that add color make the recipe slightly over 100%. The size container depends on the amount of grams you are mixing, but usually 5 gallon bucket is about right.
