I don't understand the episode where Prue dies, cause like how do Phoebe and Leo get out from the underworld? And how is Cole still alive? And how come Leo can't heal both sisters at once like at the beginning of the episode?

Hey Mahri,
Phoebe,Leo, and Cole get out of the underworld either because the source let them out or because they fought their way out, but we don't know for sure because it's not mentioned. Cole is still alive because Phoebe saved him. Leo couldn't heal both sisters because when they finally got out of the underworld, Prue had the more severe injury and she died faster and he could only save Piper because her injury wasn't that bad and she had a chance.
