QUESTION: Okay, so why is it that the demons used to blink and then they shimmered? was there an explanation? And Cole's powers shifted from being a shape shifter and throwing fire and I'm a bit confused. Please help.

ANSWER: Hey Seneca,

Ok usually demons that blink do not shimmer i have never seen that if you find me a clip somewhere i will check it out cause that's weird. Ok Cole's powers changed after the charmed ones vanquished him when he was the source of all evil. He then went to the waste land where most demons end up after being vanquished and because he held on to his love for phoebe, he started adapting powers from other vanquished demons and in the end he had gathered up all these powers and he was invincible when he came back to earth. If any of this is unclear please e-mail me again and i will gladly explain to you in a much greater detail.

QUESTION: Thanks! Oh yes I remember now. OK, as far as the blinking, I will have to go back to my tapes... I believe it happened a few times... I remember when Pheobe and Piper became evil, and they turned Leo into a stick in the mud, they said oh, just think and blink... I'll look...Thanks!

Yeah your right but that time they had turned into warlocks because only warlocks blink ,demons shimmer. If A demon did blink it was a technical thing and the producers didn't notice it.
