Hi, I have recently been watching the charmed seasons. I had seen bits and pieces of the series before and decided to watch it through. Anyway I just finished season three which ends with piper and phoebe dead from shaks because the source turned back time, and I was distressed to go on to season four and find out there was a loose end and it just showed piper trying to get prue back. I would really appreciate it if you could tell me why this is like that, how prue died, and if at all possible where I can find the episode(s) that show what happened. Thanks!

The answer to your question lies in about the first 20 minutes of the final episode of season three and "Charmed Again," the first episode of season four.
