How to Deal With Cheaters/How to get rid of a cheater
Expert: Don - 11/13/2008
QuestionMy BF and I have lived together for 5 years in my home. He has cheated on me 3 times since we've been together. I forgave him each time. I have asked him to leave my house, but he has no money because of a drug problem. He has a very good job and gets paid very well. He gives me 1/2 of his salary to pay for bills but then is broke with his 1/2 by Monday. I travel often and came home from a business trip one day early and caught him there with a girl I know he has been seeing. I had sent her a certified letter forbidding her to be in my house or in my car or I would press charges for trespassing. By the time I had the chance to call the cops, she was gone. Since he won't go willingly, how can I force him out? How can I make sure she does not come back to my house while I am away in the next 2 weeks? Can I have her arrested for trespassing if she is caught in my house again? by the way, she also has a drug problem and I am concerned about the safety of my home and my possessions and also concerned about my private information. Thank you for any advice/guidance you can offer.
AnswerFirst off he shouldn't be your boyfriend anymore, you need to end that relationship. He is nothing but trouble and continues to cheat on you while he lives under your roof and that shouldn't be acceptable.
As far as getting him out of the house, call the police on him as well, tell them he refuses to leave your home and if you have to have him arrested. Also change the locks on your doors, if he doesn't have a key then he won't try to come to your house.
Put your foot down and tell him to leave, if he doesn't get the authorities involved.
