I was talking to this boy for a while now and i asked him was he talking to another girl and he said no. One day i called his phone and a girl picked up his cell phone. Come to find out that was his girlfriend. He called me back later on that night and told me that his cousin hooked them up and that it was nothing. But he says he really likes me. What should i do? Should i still talk to him because he said that he is muslim and in his religion he could have more than one girlfriend. So i told him to be with her and leave me alone. But he doesn't want to leave me alone.

Answer
Just because he is allowed to have more than one girlfriend doesn't mean you should be his second girlfriend. You should make him leave you alone, when he talks to you or tries to call you, ignore him. Tell him that you don't want to be involved with somebody who already has a girlfriend and until he breaks up with his girlfriend you aren't interested in hanging out with him.

Don't get involved with him, while he has a girlfriend though.
