How to Deal With Cheaters/Dating at work

Question
Hi, I already asked this To Crystal Reed, she chose not respond.  So I'm asking you, hope you don't mind.  Here goes..

I have really fallen for this woman at work,as far as I know she isn't aware of my feelings for her. We don't work in the same dept but I want her to know I'm interested in dating her but don't want her to feel uncomfortable. Also, I think she has another man who lives 300 miles away. I'd like to prove to her that I am the better man for her. With work this makes it more difficult as we have that sexual harrasment thing we have to avoid. In your honest opinion, what do you think is the best way to approach this? shall I leave it be or really follow my heart and attempt to whisk her away? :)

Thanks!!!

Answer
Hi Paul. Sorry it has taken me so long to respond. Well I am currently in a relationship with a coworker~secrecy is key!! What is your relationship with this women? Is she flirtatious, do you often talk? Casually ask her out to coffee or dinner, do it as a friend and see how things go. In my opinion you'll never know about the long distance boyfriend or her feelings for sure. Just get to know her and see how it all works out. But try not to get too attached, I say that because if she is with another man and very in love with him than a relationship doesn't seem to be very likely. But, you'll never know until you try! Good luck!! And again I am very sorry for the length of time it took me to reply.
