hi,ive been goin out with my boy for 2years.he cheated in the first year of our relationship and it took long to get over it.i became possesive and questioned his everymove even though i could c he had changed.he has recently cheated on me claiming that i drove him to it with all the mistrust.i dnt kno if i could trust that he wont do it again but i know he loves me but dont know if its enough to stop him cheating...

Yes he will cheat on you again because he knows you aren't going to break up with him and he can even make you feel like it's your fault he cheated on you. Once you let a man get away with cheating once, he'll continue to do it until you break up with him.
