i cheated on my partner and she took me back but all she can do is
think about what I've done we love each other and i know i messed up so how
do i keep this relationship going and get her mind off of what I've done
and the relationship at hand

There aren't any words you can say to convince her, you just have to show her through your actions. Show her that you love her by treating her like a queen and remaining loyal to you.

They say women are easy to forgive but they never forget, so she'll never forget what you did, but in time if you don't make that mistake again and give her no reason not to trust you, you might be able to regain the trust that you lost when you cheated.

Just stay strong in the relationship and show her everyday how much she means to you and how much you love her.
