ive been with my bf 4 years and am scared he's cheating on me. about 6 months ago i saw he had been chatting to a female colleague online and that he had also looked on the internet for how to have an affair, when i was out. i confronted him and he said it was a joke and that he had been looking as they were joking i was having an affair as i was out late. since then he has phoned her 3 times for about 20 mins a time when i have been out at night, when i confronted again, he said he couldnt remeber. i know he also meets her for lunch. he tells me not to be silly as he loves me and she is married and he comes straight home after work so is not meeting her but i still have a bad feeling and am making myself ill worrying. please help.

Sounds like something is definitely going on between the two of them. The fact that he lies about not remembering if he called her or not is a sign that something is happening. If nothing was really going on he wouldn't deny so hard or lie about talking to her. If they were just friends he would have no problem telling you that he was speaking to his friend.

Plus why would he look up sites on how to get away with cheating unless he played on doing it, what's fun about that?

He's up to something, you need to watch him carefully
