How to Deal With Cheaters/long time love, cheating slut?
Expert: Bruce D. Frank - 10/6/2007
QuestionI'm seventeen this June, junior in high school just like my bf. We've been together for almost 2 years now. He was the most devoted, committed boyfriend i could've asked for. Recently, his ex girlfriend and I were together at her
house when she decided to tell me a story. He had been with her the other day after school and he kept telling her that he missed her and that he wanted her. I didn't believe her at first.. it couldn't be him. He tried to kiss her but she wouldn't let him.. yeah right. She said that he's been saying these things to her for a long time. He tells me the exact opposite of course.. I come to school with my eyes swollen and red, teachers ask if I'm alright, friends are worried. I cant tell them, I'm ashamed. I asked him about it and he denies it saying that she's making it up because she likes him. I don't know who to believe. They've both lied in the past but i feel like I'm believing him just to believe HIM. I love him so much, i don't understand how
someone like me can love another so much (I'm very flirty and i try not to stay in relationships too long). I've been hurting for a while now and don't know what to do... Please help me, he says he's lost love for me, he's unattracted
but I've stayed with him through all his bullshit.
AnswerFirst of all, you have to listen to your feelings on this one. Your thoughts can be influenced and can be wrong. Feelings tend to be unexplainable accurate. Your bf and hie ex-gf are going to lie. You have to be able to sift through the lies. If it does not make sense, then it probably is not true. Talk with him first. His ex may be just trying to cause problems between you too. Sounds like you have a little homework to do.
