ok i have cheated on a girl that i love so dearly but it wasnt the kind of sleepiong with cheating on i gave this girl a peck so i lied bout cheating on my gf until she found out bout 5 months later i always was afraid to loose her then when she found out  things got ragile between us but we contiuned to still date eachother, until the other day when she started to like some kid in our class, they started to talk and i got really jealous and mad, so then we ended today but she is in love with me and im still madly in love with her , and she told me we can go back out after i get my shit together and tell her actually y i cheated on her so please help me

It sounds to me like you both are not really ready to have a relationship. If she really wanted to be with you she would not like this other guy and if you really liked her you would not have cheated.
If you insist on making it work than be honest with her.  Take her out to dinner and tell her everything that happened. Tell her that you are willing to work it out with her and do whatever it takes to make it work.
