QUESTION: i know that i just can don't pick up his call but everytimes he call i just forget evrything. what do you suggest i should do?

Think about his wife and kids at home and imagine that you are married and somebody is sleeping with your husband, do you think it would feel good if that was happening to you.

Think about something other than your own selfish feelings and think about how your actions could be breaking up a family, if that won't make you not pick up the phone then something is wrong with you.

It's pretty simple when he calls don't answer the phone.
