I started a relationship with a guy when we were both dating other people. The relationship i was in really wasn't working so i ended it but he continued to date his girlfriend. He kept making promises to me and did end up ending their relationship but only officially "went out" with me for a few days and dumped me for her. He claimed that he loves her. I was devastated. She is a little younger and weighs a little less than i do and now i feel like I'm not good enough. I can't stop thinking about what I did wrong other than beginning anything with him in the first place of course. How do i claim my dignity back?

How did you lose your dignity again, a guy who had a girlfriend when you met him dumped you and went back to his girlfriend. Why are you even upset you knew that relationship was doomed for the start because the both of you were already in a relationship.

Just forget about the guy, move on a try to find a relationship with a guy who is actually single when you met him.
