Question
Is there anything I can do @ home to help me be a better flyer?  Practice, drills, etc.?

Answer
Hi Deanna,

Sure, there are things you can do at home. The best thing to do is condition like crazy. Workout everyday. Do exercises that work your core muscles. (abs, stomach) These are the muscles that you use to stay in control when you're in the air. Do things like crunches, v-ups, straddle-ups, supermans, reverse supermans, stabilizers, and reverse stabilizers. Also, you can do searches online for ab exercises you can do. Also, you should stretch whenever possible. The key to great flying is flexibility, and to get your tricks, you'll need flexibility. So stretch whenever possible. Hope this helps, good luck!

Happy Cheering!
