Cheerleading/Coed base tossing

Question
I'm working with a coed team now and I have a tendency to try and throw my flyer with my arms more than my legs.  How do I break myself of this?  My coach keeps telling me to put more leg into it and I try but I still tend to use my arms and I'm not getting the height I need with my flier on a lot of stunts.

Answer
Practice some power lifts in the weight room, where you probably use mostly leg. I mean really there's no magic bullet to break yourself of that habit, you just have to make a concious effort of it on every toss and eventually you will do it without thinking about it. Without a girl also go through the motions of your toss in front of a mirror until you're dipping enough to use enough leg and then it will be easier to do it with your partner. Trust me man, once you use leg strength you won't believe how much higher your tosses are. I went from a toss hands to toss extension/lib just by doing that.
