Question
Hi Kimmi-
So I was wondering if you had an idea of some stretches I could do to help my scale, scorpion, and bow n arrow?? I have all three but They don't look as pretty as they should. lol Thanks.

Answer
Hi Danielle Rose,

3 words - splits, splits, splits. Splits are the keys to flexible legs and will work those tricks like no other. For scale and scorp go into a side split with the trick leg in back. Then try to arch backwards as far as you can go and hold. The other factor in scales and scorps is back flexibility so hanging out in backbends in awesome as well. For bow and arrow, go into a side split with the trick leg in front and lay down on your leg. Whenever possible, hang out in these positions, and in no time you'll see an improvement in your tricks. Good luck!

Happy Cheering,
Kimmi
