Question
hey i've been having a weight problem since march. my mom put me on birth controll and my doctor tells me its so hard to lose weight that you have gain with it. im eating healthy i dont drink sodas or juices. i stopped eating fast food. and i only eat t home instead of out. what should i do to be fit during college try outs in the spring?

Answer
That is for your doctor and nutritionist to answer. Off the top of my head I would say possibly talk to your doctor and mom about another form of birth control (patch perhaps) that may not put on as much weight. Ask your doctor and any nutritionist on campus for a SAFE workout/diet regiment. Or if worst comes to worst and you can't find any alternatives (if you want it bad enough) promise your mom you won't have intercourse until after tryouts and get off the birth control.

I can answer questions on the following subjects. Coed partner stunts at almost any level, group pyramids, all levels of male motions and beginning levels of female motions. I can also give out general tips for tryouts. I cannot answer questions on tumbling or choreography.

I have worked at multiple all-star gyms teaching stunt clinics and classes and have cheered on a collegeiate squad for the past 3 years.

Education/Credentials
I cheered for 3 years at the collegiate level at a major D1 University and was male captain my final year.
