toe touch tuck in a month. im close to it but when it comes time to put the

Answer
Hi Danielle,

The best advice I can give you on this is to keep practicing, and eventually it will just click.
The hard part about connecting the jumps to the back (tuck) is where you're using the momentum. If you jump too much, you'll lose momentum and won't be able to pull the back. But, if you save all your energy for the back, then you're jumps won't be that great. The trick is to find an even medium between them. Use your jumps AS momentum to pull the tuck.
This is a tricky thing to get because I feel that it relies on everything just clicking into place. But, don't rule out asking other people for advice as well. Good luck to you. I really hope you get it. Let me know how it goes!

Happy Cheering,
