HOW DO I GET MY TOE TOUCH HIGHER? TRYOUTS ARE 2 MONTHS - 3 MONTHS AND I WANNA WORK ONIT AS MUCH AS I CAN RIGHT NOW IT LOOKS LIKE A SPREAD EAGLE !!!!!!!!!!!!! AND I REALLY WANNA MAKE IT THIS TIME SINCE IM IN HIGH SCHOOL TRYING 2 MAKE JV
PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Sydney,
For jumps I would stretch. That's the key. Sit in the middle splits as much as you can. When you're watching TV, when you're hanging out at home, whenever you can. Also, practice your toe touches whenever you can. That's all I can really tell you, is to stretch and practice. Those are the best things you could do! I hope you make the team!

Experience

I started in gymnastics when I was two, and I have been a cheerleader on level 5 teams for 10 years. I am a flyer, but I have also based before and I understand the mechanics of stunting and tumbling. I am a strong believer in good technique. I have coached a few teams.

I currently attend Cal State San Marcos as a Nursing student.

Awards and Honors
I have been a team captain, at cheer camps I have gotten the All Star Award, and I have been team MVP.
