Cheerleading/cheering and gyms

Question
Hi - I see that you own your own all-star team.  Do you have a gym?  My daughter is doing an economics project and is researching cheering gyms.  We are curious what it might cost (approximately) to lease gym space and outfit it with mats.

My 14 year old daughter is on a special needs team in NH and loves cheering more than anything.

Answer
Hi Lisa,

I am sorry, but I rent space, I do not own it. And we bought our mats 6 years ago. When we bought our mats it was about $4000 for the full cheer floor. But 6 years ago, a full floor was 7 panels, now it's 9. So, unfortunately, I can't really help you out with this. I would recommend searching for cheer gyms in your area and emailing them on their websites. Good luck!

Happy Cheering,
Kimmi
