Question
i pulled the hamstring in the back of my leg. i know that it takes about 2 weeks to heal but can i do jumps, like toetouches and stuff, in 2 weeks, or should i wait longer?

Answer
Hi Stephanie,

Sorry about your injury! Yes, you should wait two weeks and then see how you feel from there. Try to do your jumps, etc and see how you feel. If it still hurts, then you'll need to wait longer. If it feels ok, then go from there. The whole issue really doesn't have a timeline, it's all based on how you feel. You are the only one inside your body. Good luck! I hope you heal quickly!
Happy Cheering!
