Cheerleading/i need help

Question
ok my tryouts are in 2 weeks and my coach said that we are required to do 2
jumps on of them have to be a toe touch, i am going crazy because i cant do a
toe touch I'm only 12 and i really want to make the team your  the only one that
can help me right now plz teach how i can do a toe touch

Hi Tamara,

   Stretch, stretch, stretch. The best way to a toe touch is to stretch. Practice your jumps especially your toe touch alot over the next 2 weeks. Also remember that for a toe touch you are rotating your hips and raising your legs as if you were sitting on the ground. So work hard on that toe touch.
   Then for your second jump pick something that you're really good at to balance out your toe touch.
   The thing to do now, since I can't see you, is to grab another cheerleading and practice with them and ask them to look at your toe touch.

Experience

My Experience in the area: I cheered on my grade school team for 4 years. I danced for on pointe for 14 years. I have coached for 9 years for grade school basketball cheerleading, grade school competitive squads, and all-star. I now own my own national championship all-star team.

Education/Credentials
I am safety certified by the AACCA. I have a BA in Elementary Education and am a certified teacher. I also have my masters in library science with an emphasis on teens.
