Question
Tryouts are coming up and I'm very nervous!!
I'm not very flexible so I can't do my
splits, needle, or toetouches.
I really need help, any tips or step-by-step videos
would be very helpful right now.
Also, what can I do to get ready, the mandatory meeting
for girls trying out is on 4/16/08.

And I'm very skinny, I'm 14 and 00 what can i do to gain
weight cuz my ankles are like my arms, scary skinny!

Thanks you vvery much!

Answer
Well im definitely not going to answer any weight gain questions. You would want to ask a doctor that to see if 1). you actually need to gain weight (because lets be honest, we're always our toughest critics and self consious about ourselves) and 2). if so how you can do it healthy and safely. As far as gaining flexibility really (and I know this is going to sound like its not very helpful but trust me I've seen college girls do it and it work) the best way I know how is to stretch over and over and do the stunts on the ground. For instance do your toe touch against a door or wall, don't hurt yourself, just do what you can do comfortably and build yourself up to doing them better without hurting yourself.
