Question

hi Kimmi,
i have been wanting to fly ever since i started to cheer. I just started a new season with my old team and i really want to fly but i am a base. My coach said every one in our stunt group would get a chance to fly. What  should i do to get to fly more?

Answer
Hi Jazzy,

The best thing you can do is make sure that your coach knows that you want to fly. Once she knows that, then make sure you are ready to fly when the time comes. Practice what you can at home by balancing on a pillow, your bed, or anything not totally steady, but BE CAREFUL! Practice balancing on one foot on the ground and stretch like crazy for your tricks. Then, when its your turn to fly, you can show your coach all you've got! Good luck!

Happy Cheering!
