Question
Hi!(: I Just made my high school varsity cheerleading team. I really want to be
a flyer. I was wondering is their anything I need to know about being a flyer?(:
THANKS!

Answer
Hi Ivory,

Well, the biggest thing to being a flyer is being strong. You need to be well conditioned so that you have the strength to fly. You also need to be flexible and have good balance. You can condition at home, stretch at home to work on flexibility, and practice balancing on two and one foot on an unstable surface. Work on these things and that'll help you be a good flyer. Good Luck!

Happy Cheering!
