Cheerleading/Cheer Tryouts

Question
Hey, I am going to tryout for high school cheer next year but I can only do a
round-off. So I can't do a back-handspring or a back-tuck. But I have awesome
facials and I can keep my motions very straight and tight and I can go into a
split but I've been looking at high school cheerleaders and they can do a
round-off back-handspring back-tuck but I can't do that kind of tumbling so do I
have a good at all chance of making the Freshman cheer squad or not?

Answer
Many high school require you to know how to do certain flips but many high schools also allow people to slide if they can do other things correctly. I say you still have a chance and practice so you can do your best. Even if you can't do other flips show them what other things you can do well.
