Answer
Cloe,
Forget your last technique. Just forget everything about it. Now study the new technique and learn it all over again. Even the beginning steps. And practice with a spotter so you don't hurt yourself. When you feel comfortable then try it without a spotter. Don't give up. If you start feeling frustrated take a break. Trust me I've had frustrating times in cheerleading and if you get tired or frustrated take a little break. It will work.
