Question
hey, my names noelle and i wanna be a varsity cheerleader next year, i am a flyer and have been on the team for the past year, and this year i will be a sophomore and i am also on the team,  i can do and arabesque and a lib, but im not flexible enough to execute harder one legged stunts, do you know any stretches that will help me with that but also keep in mind i have fairly long legs;but im fairly short.
also  i always pull up my weight but for some reason not ENOUGh my bases are always complaining about it but the thing is im only 110 lbs.
please help, what should i do to execute harder stunts and become more flexible
but what should i do so i am lighter for my bases, despite holding up my weight,

I think you need to have more strength in your legs not more flexibility.
