Cheerleading/pyramids

Question
I'm not real sure what is considered a "pyramid".  My daughters 2nd grade squad (I coach) participated in their first competition last year and the score sheet said we needed a "pyramid" for the stunt portion of our routine.  This year,as 3rd and 4th graders, we have grouped several stunts together for what I think is a pyramid but I wanted to be sure.

Answer
wow, that is a difficult question not b/c of what a pyramid is but because each governing body has rules on pyramid limits, i know the WCA limits pyramids at 2 & 1/2. I would contact the sanctioning body for a rule book. To me generically a pyrmid is any cheer structure that goes 2 or 3 people high and has spotters, bases, and flyers.
