Question
Hi! I am twelve years old and i am a part time flyer on my all-star team. we are level 3. I REALLY WANT to fly this cool stunt but the coach keeps changing flyers in and out I KNOW i can do it and do it right but she won't even let me show her and i tried asking her if i could but she said no. also how do i get a roundoff backhandspring in 2 months, i can already do it with a light spot. are there any tricks or tips to learning it?

Answer
Hi Allie,

To answer your first question, the only thing you can really do is to keep trying to talk to your coach about it. Maybe you can get through to her if you keep trying. That's about the only thing you can do in that situation.

As to your ro bhs, if you're only doing it with a light spot now, you've got a great chance of getting it perfect in 2 months. There is no real trick to ro bhs, except wanting it bad. Honestly, the more someone wants it, the harder they try, so the faster they get it! Good Luck!!

Happy Cheering,
