Question
Hey my name is Kaela Bundrick, I am a JV cheerleader at Gladewater, TX.My toe touches are the only jumps that kill me at games and peperallys and will kill me for try outs. I already used weights and all that good stuff and it hasn't helped very much. What else can improve them?

Answer
Really the only way to improve jumps is to constantly stretch and also point your toes. When you go for jump don't slack off try as hard as you can because if you slack off in jumps it's going to be harder for you to do the jump. Plus weights just weigh down your legs and it's hard to jump just stretch a lot. Hope this helps you!
