Cheerleading/starting my own squad

Question
I'm looking to start a squad simply because of the fact that i cant get on a squad because i dont know how to tumble. While that is a very great aspect a cheerleader should have.. i dont like how it limits you to certain level squads. I feel I am really good with everything else a cheerleader should have. I'm sure there are other girls or guys out there that have the same problem and i want to give them the opportunity they should have. Not denied from a great squad because they cant flip around. Would you be able to set me in the right direction to starting. I have absolutly no idea where to even plant my first step.

Answer
You could start a squad at your school,by asking a techer to hep sponsor you. Once you have a teacher that will help you guys can go to the principle to start the squad just make sure you have enough girls that want to be on the team. But if you just want to get better at tumbling maybe you should ake tumbling classes at a cheer near you. That way if you take classes at a cheer gym you could be on an allstar team, not a school team.Hope that helps
