Cheerleading/Mental Blocks

Question
I have had my punch front for a while now, and recently I have had a mental block on them. I can do them on the air trak and over a wedge mat on the floor, but when it comes to just doing it I'm really having trouble.  I'm not that scared of it, i just have trouble letting my body do what it know and stopping my mind from taking control.  We have a competition soon and I really would love to get over it. Can you help me? Thanks!
