Question
Hi Ms. Kimmi, I have a great form in my jumps as far as motions. But, my hieght is horrible,(its below a spread eagle)...How Can I improve my hieght? .....p.s. im also very flexible thats not a problemat all!

Answer
Hi Destinee,

The height in your jumps comes mostly from your core (ab) muscles. The best thing you can do is strengthen those to help get the height.
Also when you jump, make sure you are snapping your legs up as hard as you can and then snapping them down equally hard.
Try that and your jumps will get better soon!

Happy Cheering,
Kimmi
