Answer
Dear Lisa,

Thanks for your question.  It would be helpful to have a little more information.  How old is your daughter?  How long has she been cheering? And what do you mean by “having a little bit of trouble?”  Is it a fear problem?

And just to remind you…I’m a mental game coach and I cannot really respond to technical issues so if your daughter is having a mental block or a fear problem, I can help but if it’s a technical problem with execution, I cannot.

I look forward to hearing more from you!

Cheers!
