Question
ok so, i really want to be a flyer for my high school team next year. the only problem is that i think I'm overweight. i wouldn't call myself fat or anything, because i don't think i am. but my weight is really above average. i exercise every other day, but still no results, except that i lost about 5 lbs. in the past week. what should i do??

Answer
Hi Dey,

You should see a doctor to find out if you really need to lose any weight and if you do, they can help you set up the best program to help you do that.
Also, just as an addition - unless you are very very overweight, losing 5 pounds in a week is not a healthy goal. The faster you lose weight, the harder it is to keep off. When you are losing weight, shoot for a goal of about 2 pounds a week. Good luck to you.

Happy Cheering,
