i need help losing weight for cheerleading because they probably cant lift me in the air and i want to be a flyer and i cant work on my core if i have the weight on so please help!!!!
how can i lose weight and work on my strength at the same time

1. How old are you?
2.  How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
3. Are you currently a cheerleader and if so, how long have you been one?
4. Do you do any exercise at this time?
5. How is your overall health?
6. How much weight do you think you need to lose?
