Is it okay to have your ankle keep giving out?

Thank you for submitting your question to me, however I think for me to accurately be able to answer this question as best I can, I will need some more information. If you could just provide a follow-up with some details such as what exercises you do specifically that it gives out on, what you mean exactly by "giving out" and what exactly happens to it, also what type of pain if any (sharp, shooting, dull), any side effects (trouble walking or standing, etc.) and how long this lasts. Thank you!
