Question
I have been cheerleading for four years now and have started flying in my past two. I am extremely flexible. i have a bow and arrow, scale on both legs, scorpion, stretch on both legs, and can cradle. the only thing is i am 5'7, but i am only around 105 pounds. Can my height hurt my ability to be a flyer?

Answer
Hello!

The answer to that is DEFINITELY NOT!!!!!!!!!  First of all, you are tiny!  At your size you would be gorgeous as a flyer.  It will be a little more difficult for you though.  A flyer's primary goal should be to make herself as tight and condensed as possible as one solid piece of muscle.  Everyone can do it, but when you are shorter it's a little easier most of the time.  Just be sure to be super super tight and keep yourself centered over your flying leg.  You will be fine!!  Good luck!:)
