Question
i really need a toe touch, but my jump is not very high at all. do you have any exercises i can do to improve my jump?

Answer
Sit on the ground in a straddle, put your hands in the open space between your legs. Push your hands down and raise your legs up as high as you can. You can do it like 5 or 6 times. You can practice that like a few days a week. STretching really helps with toe touches too. Like the straddle stretch, right, middle, left.(especially the middle will help)Also just practicing the actual toe touch will help you get better at it. Hope this hhelps you. Good Luck!
