Question
okay, im 15 and i am an allstar cheerleader. i used to have a runnig back handspring but then it just stopped. im scared to do it , and i want to try out for varsity. the thing is, you have to have a standing backhandspring. help?

Answer
Maybe you should doing a standing back handspring on a tumble trak or on mats then you can move to floor. But if you are an allstar cheerleader then you can just go to your gym and ask someone to help you like spot you or something. Im sure you gym has open gym or something like that.or a backhandspring clinic you could go to.
