Question
how can i easily get them in a quick way and whats some stretch's i should do?

Answer
The easiest and safest way to get your front and back flips is to get into a tumbling class. You could do one on one or just the basic tumbling class. A really good stretch to do is sit on a straddle and roll your hips over o where you laying on your stomach and you legs are behind you. I hope this helps!!!
